5 days working Shift – Monday to Friday

Job Location – Bodakdev Ahmedabad

Industry – Leading Dubai Based MNC Manufacturing Group

Total Job Vacancy – 2 Male/Female

Qualification – MBA HR or Post Graduates

Base Salary – up to 75K – Depends on Exp & Interview

Experience – Min 3 to 5 Years Exp required as GCC HR Payroll Processing team management or Experience from GCC Payroll Specialist, Gulf HR Payroll Management Arab Country

Skills & Job Descriptions

  • As a payroll manager you will oversee and direct payroll procedures within an organization.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • You will also have to develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, etc).
  • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
  • Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
  • Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Familiarity with payroll software/Excel/Oracle
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An analytical mind and good math skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
