Base Salary – up to 80K – Depends on Exp & Interview
Experience – Min 3 to 5 Years Exp required as Payroll Manager from Oracle Payroll & HR modules; preferably from Shared Services companies

- Should lead team of HR & Payroll executives
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Payroll & HR modules;
- Preferably from Shared Services companies.
- Middle East experience & bilingual skills will be an added advantage.
- As a payroll manager you will oversee and direct payroll procedures within an organization.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- You will also have to develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes, etc).
- Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
- Familiarity with payroll software/Excel/Oracle
