Skills & Job Descriptions
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and mechanical repair techniques.
- Installation & Commissioning
- Install, calibrate, and commission mechanical machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct functional tests and ensure equipment meets operational standards.
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems
- Diagnose faults, replace defective parts, and restore systems to optimal performance.
- Technical Support
- Provide on-site and remote assistance to clients regarding system operation and maintenance.
- Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
- Inspection & Documentation
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance criteria.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation of repairs.
- Customer Interaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand issues and recommend solutions.
- Train end-users on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
