Experience – Min 5+ years exp as Purchase Engineer or Procurement Executive or Senior Purchase Executive from the plastic moulding Manufacturing Company
Skills and Job Descriptions
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for moulding components, moulders, mould maker and related materials.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality.
- Handle procurement of moulds (injection, blow, compression, etc.) and mould accessories.
- Procurement of raw materials- ABS/ PC/ PP etc.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to understand technical mould requirements.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, and responsiveness).
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends in plastic moulding technologies and raw material pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement.
