Skills & Job Descriptions
- CNC Machine Programming and Setup:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using software fanuc siemens, programming, setup, and operation.
- Experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D & CNC Laser cutting Production supervisor
- Set up CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers) according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
- Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments.
- CNC Machine Shop Production Operation and Monitoring:
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances.
- Diagnose and resolve CNC VMC machine issues, including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs and upgrades.
