Position Name – HR Payroll Executive
5 Days working Shift – Monday to Friday
Job Location – Bodakdev Ahmedabad

Total Job Vacancy – 3 Male/Female
Qualification – MBA HR or Post Graduates
Base Salary – up to 35K – Depends on Exp & Interview
Experience – Min 1 to 2 Years Exp required as Payroll Executive from HR Payroll Processing or HR Executive
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi
- Processing and calculating salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, and other payments for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll, as well as maintaining accurate records of employee information and earnings.
- Handle queries from employees regarding their pay and benefits, and work closely with the HRBP’s to update employee data and make any necessary payroll adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Prepare Full & Final Settlements as per Local Laws
- Updates & Maintains employee records in Oracle payroll system for earnings and deductions such as unauthorized absences, lateness and unpaid leave
- Check accuracy of information in final payroll report.
