- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Prepare / verify detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) provided by vendor / customer / Architect for projects, ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors and architect for all AutoCAD drawings and BOQ verification.
- Overseas on-site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure.
- Compliance with design specifications, and quality standards
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp,
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
