Skills & Job Descriptions
- Maintain daily books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Record and manage sales transactions, including invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
- Accurately process and classify purchase invoices and allocate expenses appropriately.
- Reconcile inter-company transactions, ensuring consistency across entities.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements – balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and report discrepancies in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
- Participate in enhancing accounting processes and implementing improved financial controls.
- Keep up to date with relevant accounting standards and regulatory changes.
