  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
  • Ensuring that necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation are completed during the onboarding process.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns, conflicts, or grievances
  • Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance against predefined goals and competencies.
  • Implementing career development programs to support employees’ professional growth and advancement within the organization.
  • Keeping track of market trends to ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Ensuring that employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
  • Organizing events, team-building activities, and initiatives to promote a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Conducting employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Encouraging open communication and feedback channels within the organization
  • Managing the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews to gather feedback.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for employees leaving the organization.
  • Collaborating with management on organizational growth strategies, including workforce planning and restructuring.
