Experience – Min 5 to 8 years exp as Senior HR Executive or Sr HR Generalist or Human Resources Manager
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Manage Recruitment process, Payroll PF ESIC, Policy etc
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR departments budget, Manage employees grievances
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Ensure all HR Policies are updated with current laws and informed to all employees14. Handling employee grievances regarding (Salary, Leaves, Attendance, Accommodation, Drinking Water, Toilets, Cleanliness, Diseases, and Transfer etc.) and employee coordination
- All Regulatory compliance to follow-up with respective HOD / Directors and ensure to comply by liaising with authorities.
- Database management (Soft copy & Files)
- KRA / KPA on a quarterly / annual basis
