- Manage Pre shipment & Post Shipment documents and Process.
- Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.
- Develop individual business plans for each country.
- Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.
- Business Development Leader whose primary responsibility to increase New Exports Sales
- 100 % retention of current customers Exports shipments
- To guide Train and monitor the work of subordinate who handle the after sale process works
- Travel and meet clients, Vendors, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
- Develop a strong network of contacts with agents, distributors, and customers in various locations.
- Data Sourcing and Management, Sales Meetings (offline & online)
- Sales Proposals, Sales Conversion, Clients’ Relationship
- Enhancing/Updating skills, Reporting to Senior or Management
- Finding data of Prospects from various sources.
- Maintain proper database Sales Meeting
- Setting sales meetings with Prospects or decision makers to understand their needs or aspirations.
- Creating effective proposals covering customers’ needs after getting approval from senior management.
- By proper and efficient follow up negotiate and close the deals on win -win formula.
- Maintain profitability index as per the guidelines given by the top management.
- Convert Overseas business as per the Time Zone
