• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies
• Monitor Meta & Google ads performance and share insights with agencies
• Track KPIs, creatives, and campaign performance
Agency Coordination
• Coordinate with social media and performance marketing agencies
• Review creatives, copies, hooks, and campaign ideas
• Ensure brand tone, messaging, and aesthetics are consistent
• Follow up on deliverables and timelines
Email Marketing
• Manage email campaigns and flows (welcome, retention, product education)
• Coordinate copy, design, and scheduling
• Track performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
US Market & Trend Research
• Monitor digital marketing and content trends in the US D2C/wellness space
• Track competitor campaigns and creative strategies
• Share actionable insights with founders and agencies
Brand & Aesthetics
• Strong understanding of design, visual aesthetics, and premium content
• Review and guide creatives across ads, emails, and social media
• Ensure all brand touchpoints look polished and aligned
Customer Communication (as role evolves)
• Interact with customers to understand product experience and feedback
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English
• Translate customer insights into marketing improvements
