Experience – Min 5+ years as Exp as Senior Account Executive or Accountant or Accounts Manager or Accounting Executive
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Communication: Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in ERP packages with experience in accounting.
- Experience in Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables.
- Responsible for bill verification and payment to vendors
- Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Responsible for petty cash handling
- Bank payments and transfers
- Should have knowledge on TDS Entries, Filing quarterly TDS returns,
- Should have knowledge of latest taxation
- Accounting for all purchases, sales, stocks, payments and receipts
- Knowledge in Excise/VAT/GST, MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Issuing Invoices and maintaining necessary records
- Responsible for bill verification and payment to vendors
- Manage Store Inventory/Purchase department
