- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as Country, Course, Universities, Program selection, and career planning and be accountable for students’ admission and visa process.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing the branch’s business.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensure the highest quality of client service is maintained,
and be accountable for the client’s experience. - Monitor and track performance against goals and objectives.
- Make new collaborations and develop relationships with key partners, such as universities, schools,
and other institutions. - Represent the branch in meetings and conferences.
- Monitor and assess changes in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Develop marketing and advertising plans for promotion in coordination with team.
- Plan your day, week, and month in advance and regularly update reporting manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
