- Domestic & International Hotel Bookings & Tour Packages + Visas or Tourism Industry
- Manage Travel Booking and ticketing end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost effectively – airlines, trains, transport, and hotels
- Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence
- Making quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the b2b agents
- Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in a very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
- Communicating with suppliers & service providers
- Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound
- Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
- Keeping track of documentation, payments.
- Follow-up with b2b agents for feedback about their experience of the client’s tour and service
- Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner
