- Backed Operation Support – Strong proficiency in MS office
- Handling a portfolio of 3 to 4 Hotels with the ability to make independent decisions on rate planning and content and inventory distribution.
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations
- Maintaining Hotel rates & inventory on OTA’s.
- Maintaining Rate parity & promotion on OTA’s.
- Handling inbound calls and converting leads into confirmed room nights.
- Directly selling rooms through telephonic/email inquiries for smaller Hotels.
- Liaising with a Hotel-based front office team.
