- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing consultants, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Provide timely and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction by coordinating with internal team members.
- Generate leads, fixing the appointments and Meeting the Customers, Understand the requirement and provide quotation.
- Coordination with Site engineer to meet the client place and provide the changes/modification require in the work.
- Preparation of clear and effective proposals, breakups and quotation details in coordination with team
- Follow Up, Negotiation, Closures of Orders and Payment Collection Support
- Maintaining Client Relationship and Retaining the Customers and get the repeat orders
