- Responsible to advising clients via call or chat
- Provide information about the products and services to the client
- Gives advice on investment such as stock cash services, future services and commodities
- Update client information into the database
- Need to achieve given sales targets
- Handling Clients query regarding “Before trade and After Trade” through Inbound calls and chat
- Responsible to ensure all activities is in adherence as per Compliance framework
- Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments
