Skills & Job Descriptions
- Manage and oversee instrumentation and gas analyzer systems in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
- Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
- Ensure proper functioning and calibration of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) including SOx, NOx, CO, CO2, HCL, NH3, HF, SPM, H2O, Hg, and stack gas flow measurement.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to uphold system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation systems into various processes and projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational staff on instrumentation-related matters.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards in all instrumentation activities.
