Experience – Min 5+ years of experience in Senior CNC Operator or CNC Programmer or Senior CNC Machine Operator or Turret Punching Machine programming or CNC CAD design and programming or CNC Operator Karigar
Job Time – 9 hours Duty
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Design and develop programs for CNC Fanuc/turret punching machines to produce components as per specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create accurate and efficient CNC programs.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
- Experience in programming and operating Murata Machinery CNC turret punching machines will be a Plus
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC turret punching machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning.
