Skills & Job Descriptions
- Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers (Original equipment manufacturers, industries (Customers) in Segments including core segments like PSU (Coal Based), Chemicals, Cement, Power, F&B, and Steel including Private and Government Organisations) by effective planning and organising sales call schedules.
- Follow leads given by the Manager by securing appointments and identifying the potential opportunities after the visit.
- Serve Existing Key and allotted customers by identifying their needs and building opportunities for products, equipment, and services based on value-selling techniques
- Identify key personnel in customers and develop personal rapport with them by providing a high level of customer service.
- Provide relevant and factual technical and engineering information in face-to-face meetings, make sales presentations on products, services, or equipment to customers.
- Submit techno-commercial proposals to clients.
