• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Create Daily EOD Sales Report.
• Tracking Sales Team performance and provide training and support to improve.
• Improving work culture in organization for team building and Loyalty.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
