- Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Manager team handling or similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on Industrial Filters & Cartridges or related products.
- Knowledge of Filters manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive export sales
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competition in the plastic packaging industry.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, distributors, and partners in international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and align with market demands and profit goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make strategic adjustments to marketing plans.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our plastic packaging tubes and expand business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in Filters manufacturing and export sales.
