- Handling customer queries and should have knowledge of searching data through India Mart
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Entering and updating customer information in the database
- Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information in google sheets, Should have knowledge of Excel and google sheets
- Should be Fluent in Gujrati, Hindi and any other language like Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bhojpuri
- Candidate should be Preferably Married and should be stable
