Skills & Job Descriptions
- To assist QC department in preparing quality assurance plan for all products. This plan shall be prepared considering national / international standards (IS, EN, DIN, ASME).
- To assist QC department to ensure stage wise inspection as per QAP is being done in routine and product does not proceed for next stage till inspection for particular stage gets competed.
- To assist QC department in timely calibration of all instruments in factory.
- To assist QC department to determine sampling quantity for inspection.
- To assist QC department in maintaining adequate inspection and test status in terms of under inspection / accepted / rejected.
- To assist QC department for preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection.
- To assist QC department to ensure that for each order required final inspection report is prepared and being attached with invoice.
- To assist QC department to ensure material traceability of all manufactured items.
- To assist QC department to ensure preparation of inspection records at all stages of inspection and testing
- To ensure execution of all instructions, verbal or written given by top management.
- QAP Preparation
- Carry out stage wise inspection as per approved QAP & client specification
- Co-ordination with TPI for various stage wise inspection in close with Liasoning with production & planning team
- Preparing WPS/PQR/WPQ as per requirements
- Communication with customer for their various questions & answers.
- Preparing data dossier for each job as per standard guidelines
- Visiting various vendors for in process job inspection
- Obtaining IRN from TPI & DCC form customers
- To prepare various procedures to qualify as per job requirements.
