- Experience in manufacturing of chemical production, preferably in chlorination reactions.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Khambhat.
- The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing personnel, ensuring quality control, and meeting production schedules and good administrative controls.
- The Production Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment and processes, developing and implementing production plans, and documenting production performance.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards
