Skills & Job Descriptions
- Understand the process, production cycle and resource requirement for each production of each product
- Prepare material BOM for each product
- Plan out production for products depending on minimum stock requirement
- Prepare different charts to keep a track on time frame
- Inter departmental coordination to make sure the production is on time
- Handover operational activities from project
- Attending the review & kick off meetings & planning the activities accordingly – Generate and share daily /weekly and monthly MIS
- Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions
- Communicate production status to other departments and management on regular basis
- Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
