- Overall Plant Management: Overseeing all aspects of the Press and machine shop operations, including NPD, production, quality control, maintenance, and safety, to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the plant.
- Industry: Press Shop / Machining, Auto Ancillary (machining /Fabrication including s et metal & press tools)
- Production Planning: Developing and implementing production plans to meet the production targets while ensuring optimal utilization of resources and ad rence to delivery sc dules.
- Quality Assurance: Establishing and maintaining strict quality control measures to produce high-quality cast iron counterweights that meet or exceed OEM specifications and industry standards.
- Cost Management: Monitoring and managing the budget for the foundry, striving to optimize production costs while maintaining product quality and meeting customer demand.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- alth and Safety Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and enforcing safety protocols, training programs, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of production workers, supervisors, and support staff to achieve common goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing regular maintenance and ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment to prevent production delays and breakdowns.
