- Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. They manage the “triple constraints” of cost, time, and scope.
- Core Responsibilities Plan and oversee the erection of structural components (PEB, steel structures, High Rise Building engineering drawings and technical specifications Supervise site activities to ensure correct installation procedures Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and positioning of equipment Monitor progress and report project status to management.
- Site Management Manage on-site labor, contractors, and subcontractors Ensure availability of tools, materials, and lifting equipment (cranes, hoists, etc.) Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting Maintain work schedules and meet project deadlines
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identifying technical hurdles early and implementing corrective actions to prevent project delays.
