Shift Time – 5 Days Working – Must be willing to work night shifts Job
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication in English
- Working knowledge of Windows OS software and MS Office
- Should possess customer satisfaction orientation and a result-driven approach.
- Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, Credit History, etc)
- Gather all required documents & data from the right sources.
- Verify information and references by contacting the right sources.
- Correct mistakes in loan applications and investigate inconsistencies.
- Submit completed loan files with all conditions for final Underwriting review.
- Act as point of contact between loan officers, underwriters, and sales team
- Assist closing team during & post-closing of loan file on an “as needed” basis.
