Qualification – M. Tech / Masters or B. Tech / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical / Fire Engineering with relevant technical qualifications.

Experience – Min 3 to 5 Years Exp as MEP Design Engineer/Fire Engineering MEP Designing/Fire Safety MEP Designer from industries commercial, retail, hospital and residential projects
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Experience in fire protection systems design of sprinklers, external & internal hydrant system, fire pump & tank systems design, hydraulic calculations
- Responsibility for the overall design & site execution of fire protection, Electrical, HVAC, ELV including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Documentation (including Technical Specifications, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings)
- Ability to design complete distribution systems to current legislation and codes of practice for various type of buildings based on client brief & guidelines
- Ability to work independently on various calculations and layouts/schematic mark-ups as per project requirements
- Experience in fire detection and activation systems
- Experience of having worked on AutoCAD for preparing Design layouts
- Experience of using MS Office
- Proven experience of having successfully managed Client communication
- Skills on any of the following Software – Hyena, Blue beam
- Knowledge of international codes like NFPA, Building Code
