Skills & Job Descriptions
- Proven experience using CAD software MEP.
- Designing and drafting plans for Drainage & Sanitary Systems, Domestic Water Systems, Storm Water Management Systems, Black water & Grey water Systems, External Drainage, Sewage and Storm water systems
- Designing and drafting plans for Wet & Dry Type Fire Protection Systems and Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Alarm & Detection System as per prevailing norms of fire.
- Ability to independently perform fire suppression hydraulic calculations to support design and estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility of construction
- Represent the Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects and other project team members
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical / Plumbing trades, building codes, and drawings / documents
- Water supply Hydro pneumatic system, Pump room layout.
- Water supply system, R.O. system
- Estimates for the BOQ
