Experience – Min 3 to 5 year Exp as Mechanical Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer

- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Planning and co -ordination of all service activities.
- Support service engineers, technicians, material management personnel.
- Ensure mapping of client needs and ensuring excellent service standards are achieved.
- Manage the service operations with a high focus on bottom line enhancement through optimum utilization of resources.
- Build strong relationships with all business partners, dealers, internal sales personnel and suppliers.
- Ensure stringent inventory control of spares and order management.
- Define and manage for the quality inspection process and policies for new material/ product delivery prior to dispatch as well as maintained and serviced equipment.
- Implement and adhere to stringent quality standards (eg: ISO etc).
- Manage and oversee the preparation and records of various documents to ensure compliance with standards & customer requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly data, MIS & reports of various functions / executions to be provided to respective dept. & authority.
