- Taking appointments with the clients (on call) and reaching the location.
- Identifying the property.
- Taking measurements and details of the property like built up area, number of floors constructed, floor wise configuration etc.
- Noting down the boundaries of the property.
- Inside and outside photos of the property.
- Noting the details of amenities in the property.
- Highlighting any negative elements in and around the property.
- Providing accurate land rate in the locality after thoroughly doing local enquiry about the land rates.
