Skills & Job Descriptions
- Drafting Offer/Appointment/revision letters, to complete joining formalities of employees.
- Schedule interview, follow up with candidates.
- Maintain Attendance records, Salary sheet preparations.
- To look after statutory compliance PF, PT, Municipal tax.
- Scrutiny of Employee reimbursement claims.
- To look after stay and vehicle arrangement of Guests/outside employees
- Maintain stationary records, sending and receiving vendor invoices and keep track of the same.
- Co-ordination with IT person for issues related to networking, printer.
- Co-ordination with local vendors for office/Guest housework.
- Maintain and update social media handles of the company.
