Experience – 2+ Years of experience as an Business Development Executive or Customer Services or International Sales from the any Industry IT or Non IT Inouse telesales Marketing or International BPO
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute business development plans to identify and secure new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Research and build relationships with potential customers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals that result in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing account management and support
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective customers
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and company positioning
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities in CRM database
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
