Job time – 12pm to 9pm and 3pm to 11pm – Monday to Friday – 5 Days shift

- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Ability to network and build lasting relationships
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Conduct cold calling in international markets (primarily US/UK/other global regions)
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in accounting and bookkeeping services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Present company services and solutions in a compelling manner
- Convert leads into genuine clients through negotiation and relationship building
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related industry-BD is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
