Skills & Job Descriptions
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge Day-to-day HR Operations
- Daily Time & Action checking for respective site
- Time & Action queries send to GM for checking.
- Resolve the queries and save to respective folder.
- Documentation of new starters joining formalities
- Assign training module in HRMS software
- Preparing offer letters, joining formalities, appraisals, resignations and terminations.
- Review holidays, leaves and absences and resolving discrepancies therein.
- Weekly HR Tracker
- Monthly payroll report.
- Monthly Flow training report
- Preparation of Housekeeping wages cost
- Any other works assigned by the management.
- Must be well-versed in using any HR Software
- Experience in Payroll Management is preferred.
- Present a professional approach at all times
