- As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including end to end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance , policy implementation .
- Proven experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Vast knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices in India
- Experience in the Plastics Rubber, chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification is highly preferred
