- Proficiency in desktop publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Design and layout various documents, including brochures, manuals, reports, and presentation.
- Format text, images, and graphics to create visually appealing and easy-to-read materials.
- Ensure that all documents adhere to client guidelines and maintain consistency in style, formatting (Creating a cover page, adding page numbers, inserting section or page breaks, adding headers and footer, generating a dynamic table of contents, inserting dynamic lists of charts, figures, and tables, adding captions to charts, figures, and tables, applying consistent fonts, spacing, and margins, adding columns and borders).
- Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Proofread and edit documents for formatting errors.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in desktop publishing and graphic design.
