Skills & Job Descriptions
- Candidate should understand Technology and ready to learn new and Innovative techniques.
- He or She should have minimum of 5 to 6 years experience in similar role.
- He or she is able to Conduct comprehensive inspections of garments at various stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in garment production processes.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including documentation of defects, corrective actions, and quality metrics both in digital as well as physical form.
- Should Understand and preferred Speak English.
- He or She should be able to communicate with Internal and External Customers on mail.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of quality issues and recommend preventive measures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness.
