Job Descriptions
- Oversees the day-to-day furniture store operations and ensures that each employee is doing his/her duties efficiently.
- Creates better sales and marketing strategies and plans to increase productivity, raise brand recognition, and hit sales targets.
- Trains and mentors furniture sales associates and representatives in executing efficient selling techniques and utilizing the company’s database system.
- Facilitates orientations and meetings to teach store personnel about the newly developed products’ features and create better company goals and sales strategies.
- Monitors the current stocks of furniture products and orders items that are no longer in stock.
- Answers and solves customer concerns and issues regarding the received product or services either in person, through a phone call, or other methods in order to maintain client satisfaction.
