Skills & Job Descriptions
- Identify potential new customers and gather their address details for acquisition.
- Obtain and negotiate rates for import shipments via air and sea. For exports, it is necessary to acquire rates from the department heads.
- Prepare quotations for new customers and assist in expanding business with existing customers (Customer Service / Operations will update quotations for existing clients).
- Proactively follow up on quotations to determine their success rate (quotations translate to orders).
- Ensure that the sales team maintains a calendar for appointment scheduling and visit reporting on a weekly basis.
- Participate in assignments from the consignee selling program (CST).
- Schedule appointments for outside sales staff.
- Input and manage outside sales reports and PTA in the CW1 system.
- Monitor the detail level in the target account lists of outdoor sales staff.
- Input and manage master customer data in the CRM system.
- Generate various reports.( Weekly quotation , Weekly Sales report etc)
- Support C customers alongside Customer Service / Operations.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager (BM) to organize and send invitations for customer events.
- Ensure a smooth transfer of customers and SOPs to Customer Service / Operations, coordinating with outside sales staff.
- Adhere to the Sales Handbook relevant to your responsibilities.
- Generate sales leads.
