Skills & Job Descriptions
- Candidate will be responsible for counselling students covering aspects such as course, university and country selection, associated testing requirements, career potential and outcomes, and assist with information on scholarship and funding opportunities, Financial requirements, and visa guidance.
- Required to keep updated with changes in university programs, testing pattern, new rules and regulations that govern admission and visa requirements.
- Conducting training and orientation sessions, interview preparation for qualified students.
- Support and manage in-house admission events, workshops; be open to taking part in similar events conducted in schools and colleges.
- Should Be capable of drafting well-written information emails to students and parents post every counselling session.
- Take regular feed backs, provide updates and maintain updated student records.
- Act as the subject expert to support the student relationship executives and mentors in enrolling the students for various services offered by the company.
- Coordinating with associates for pending documents and payments.
- Filling online/paper applications and submitting applications to universities around the world
- Solving the queries of associates/Students through calls or emails
- Maintaining good relationship with the Associates/Students
