Skills & Job Descriptions

• Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
• Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions, full documentation of Tax Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Delivery challan, E way bills, LR copies, Quotations, etc.
• Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources, Preparing balance sheet, P&L etc.
• Filing GST Returns, TDS returns, PF & ESIC compliance.
• Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc. 5. Make regular payments to vendors and have regular collections from Clients.
• Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit
• Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
• Assist in financial audits, Making New business proposals
• Development and automation of Payroll tool. Managing monthly payroll activities
• Office administration, Calendar management for meetings and other support activities for management
• Review of contracts and finalization of the same with clients
