- Good communication in Hindi, Gujarati & English
- Handle all operational activities related to customs clearance and operation documentation for import and export shipments.
- Export shipment liner Booking, Container pick up, Transport follow up, follow up with CHA filing shipping Instruction, ODEX & MMD3 form 13, VGM & Shipping bill
- Import shipment releasing shipping line and Airline import delivery order, filing IGM in ODEX, Solve custom discrepancy & transport delivery
- Update clients on shipment status and provide timely and accurate information regarding shipment tracking and delivery schedules.
