Experience – Min 1 to 3 Year as Hardware Network Engineer or Computer Hardware Service Engineer or System Administrator
Skills & Job Descriptions
- Excellent English communications skills – Both Spoken and Written
- Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems & software.
- Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone.
- Freshdesk ticketing tool experience will be added advantage.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Logging customer/employee queries and analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.
- Escalating IT issues to Level-2 support as and when required.
- Installation and configuration of Software/Hardware.
- Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
- Domain Controller knowledge required.
- Complete IT assets Management.
- Knowledge of Office 365 required.
