Skills & Job Descriptions

• Invoice Generation & Dispatch Coordination:
• Create sales invoices / cancellation
• Generate E-way bills
• Handle the sample procedure by generating sample invoices
• Credit Note / Debit Note entries
• Internal firm Transfer invoices & co ordination
• Dispatch & Delivery Coordination:
• Coordination with Factory team for dispatch / Delivery status / update .
• LR copies management
• Prepare and provide item-wise, date-wise sales reports to management.
