- Supervise assembly and packaging activities
- Plan out activities as per cycle time of each activity
- Focus on zero rejection
- Supervise machine planning (Ultrasonic machine, pad printing machine, riveting machine)
- Operations, performance and other required reports and its documentation
- Supervise the team efficiently.
- Assist Development of all necessary tools for ease in assembling (ex. Jigs, fixtures etc.)
