Skills & Job Descriptions
- All daily accounting tasks, ledger entries, book keeping, AR and AP management, banking, GST and income tax, and coordination with CA and auditors
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, invoices, and payments in compliance with taxation laws and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics, implementing strategies to optimize liquidity and profitability.
- Oversee tax compliance activities, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to prepare and review tax returns, resolve tax-related issues, and mitigate tax risks.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, advising management on potential impacts and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Develop financial forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analysis reports to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries from internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and business unit leaders.
